As an author/illustrator Doris Anne has a passion for teaching children about the environment. She creates a warm, friendly environment as she is teaching. She is encouraging as well as delightful. Doris Anne offers watercolor school visits along the Atlantic Coast from Canada to Florida and as far away as Bermuda and New Mexico. Doris Anne also offers a variety of books for children to purchase and will be happy to autograph her books.

Doris Anne's watercolor books are written on a second grade level and are suitable for children kindergarten through sixth grade. She lives in Zephyrhills, Florida from October to April where she has written her Florida books. She returns to Maine in May and remains there until mid October.
